NRPF,
Inc. has arranged
acquisition and construction development financing for approximately
3.6 million square feet of office, warehouse, storage and manufacturing
space located in several states: New York, Massachusetts,
Texas, California and Utah. In many cases the acquisition
financing was sufficient to cover 100% of the purchase price.
A majority of the properties contain single tenants or are
owner/occupied.
NRPF has also arranged approximately
750,000 square feet of self-storage space in New York City
and Westchester County which were financed through
acquisition, including five "Big Yellow" multi-story storage
facilities.
