Cathy L. Monacella, Principal
Ms. Monacella has been involved in commercial real estate since 1982. Prior to forming NRPF, Ms. Monacella was a mortgage broker for Coldwell Banker. Her experience also includes condominium/hotel management, as well as thirteen years with CIGNA in various management positions. Ms. Monacella's diverse institutional and entrepreneurial background assists clients to formulate portfolio objectives, project deal-specific proformas and to evaluate investment opportunities. Ms. Monacella is a licensed real estate broker in the State of New York.

Charles J. O'Donnell, Principal
Mr. O'Donnell has been active in the mortgage banking field since 1960. Prior to joining NRPF, he opened the first Northeast office for Coldwell Banker, serving for nine years as Vice President and Manager of the firm. Mr. O'Donnell's background includes prior experience with institutional lenders, commercial banks and savings banks as chief appraiser and loan officer. Mr. O'Donnell's broad based experience in the commercial real estate field offers clients the creativity required to structure the most advantageous loan and to resolve lender/borrower conflicts. Mr. O'Donnell is a licensed real estate broker and holds the CRF designation from the National Society for Real Estate Finance.
